Hello!
MY NAME IS KENZIE
I am an artist from Grey County Ontario, currently in my third year of study for a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of Western Ontario.
For as long as I can remember, art has been a part of me; it's served as an outlet and a means of self-expression. Numerous pieces of my art have been affected by persons or experiences in my immediate environment or by what I observe happening in the world. Developing a more profound purpose for my work. Artists have the power to visually express social concerns and raise awareness about solutions, which is exactly what I want to achieve.
I am continually immersed in programmes and activities that contribute to my artistic development.
I've sold some of my art on my own and joined community art organizations to expand my network of artists. I enjoy entering my work in local art shows, which has gained me awards both locally and internationally.
I've taught painting classes and camps to youth and adults in my community throughout the years. I hope to continue doing so in the future, in order to assist young brains in growing and expanding through their love of art. That is why, once I complete my present programme, I intend to pursue a Bachelor of Education to be able to teach in my future. I want to continue to help nourish the creative minds of my community.
